A White Pumpkin, Fall Wedding on a Southern Plantation in Oklahoma

White pumpkins, eucalyptus leaves, burgundy dresses, the white southern plantation venue… Y,all, this fall wedding took southern elegance to a whole new level. I can’t even begin to describe the perfect simplicity of this day! I couldn’t have dreamed up a more perfect wedding day.

When I first met with Jayme and Wes, I liked them instantly. No, it wasn’t because Wes ordered the biggest Starbucks drink I had ever seen and drank it in 6 seconds (literally, in two sentences it was gone!!) No, it wasn’t Jayme’s red hair even though as a natural red head I always love getting to work with a fellow red!

It was them.

Jayme and Wes are one of those couples who you want to get to know. They are kind, fun, and laid back. They are genuine. They are one of those couples Jared walked away from the consultation saying, “I like them. We should be friends!”. As we talked about wedding plans and their hopes for their special day I was in awe of the trust they were willing to put into their wedding vendor team. It was the stuff of dreams! She told me of her vision for her wedding and how Allyson from Allyson Whitney Design was already on top of planning her dream day with no stress. With the all-inclusive wedding at Sweetbelle Farms by Allyson, everything from design to floral and catering is taken care of to perfection. I knew Jayme and Wes would have nothing to stress about on their weddin day!

Fast forward months and months to the most perfect fall day one could hope for! Walking into Sweetbelle on any day is an experience but walking in on a wedding day makes you feel like you are walking into a dream. You can’t help but love it just a little bit (or a lot-a-bit!) more every time you visit. It’s one of those places that sticks with you. You feel the devotion and love of those who have built it from the ground up with their own hands. You love the details in every corner and the Sweetbelle team who works there because of their love and dedication to those they serve. From tired flower girls who need a nap pre-ceremony to carrying out a last minutes room swap (that moves the ceremony in doors to their custom, elegant, white floor-to-ceiling fireplace if needed), they have you covered and there simply is no reason to stress. The clouds parted for this Fent wedding and not a rain drop fell even after projected rain. The sun warmed their beautiful outdoor ceremony and the ground dried for their stunning hill side portrait session. The evening was perfect for their s’mores favors around the outdoor fire and dancing the night away. From Jayme’s bride tribe to Wes pulling a chicken out of Jayme’s garter (funniest garter experience ever!!!), there were laughs, joy, and memories to last a life time.

Jayme and Wes, congratulations! I wish there were words to describe the blessing you have been in our lives. Jared and I could not have picked a better couple to work with! You truly are our “ideal” couple and we feel beyond honored to have been able to be apart of your special day! Cheers to a lifetime of laughter, love, and adventure!
