Hey y'all! I'm Beth!

Though I travel often and absolutely love it, my favorite place to be will always be home! Home, where designer heels, cowboy boots and kid shoe sizes newborn - 6 line the front porch. Where there is always "too much noise", a slice of homemade bread waiting, just enough mess to make everyone feel welcome, and an endless array of children's art work taped to our walls, fridge and floor.

Meet the family! We're

This is my home... My family. They are who I am always ready to return to after one of our adventures in the world; where we've chosen to create a beautiful, messy life together. I pray every couple, no matter their vision for their future, is not only willing but dedicated to striving daily to create their ideal life AND legacy together because together will always be the best place to be. And living life inspired, together, will always bring the most joy and fulfillment.

For over a decade Jared and I have been purposefully crafting the life we are desiring to live. There are no shortcuts. There is no fast lane. The hard work, intentionality and devotion are what got us here. As parents of 4 unique gifts, we can honestly say this is the good life. We wouldn't change it for the world and are grateful every day this is our world.

From homeschool to rogue chickens and diabetes, life is always an adventure at the Hanson home. It's not perfect, but it's perfectly mine. I can't wait for you to meet everyone- yes, even Scout our golden + all those escape-artist chickens.

A day in the life...

Simply put, these are my people.

“While we try to teach our children all about life, our children teach us what life is all about.”

—Angela Schwindt

Jared and I met when he was home from school for break and I came home post-semester with a mission call. Neither of us could have guessed where those temporary moves to Billings, Montana would lead. That surprise though, is one that changed both of our lives in more ways than we could ever have imagined. We did all the usual things: met, dated, got engaged. But that is where our journey truly begins. It's a journey neither Jared or I knew how to navigate, but it was a journey we knew, with God, would ultimately lead to both an eternal destination for us and our future family.

Where it all began...

Our journey with healing was different than most. There wasn't therapy. There was unexpected revelation and guidance that didn't make sense at the time. Ultimately, we developed a lifestyle, mindset and faith that was far different than we expected but far greater than we imagined. It was a path that today enables us to work with so many incredible people on their own journey of becoming the individuals and family leaders God is calling each one of us to be.
For years we battled. We learned. We became. Through it all, we discovered one crucial thing. Overcoming weakness is just a step to something greater. God didn't need us to just overcome a pornography habit in our home. He needed us to become leaders; leaders who fought the hard, focused on the goal of eternity, and were willing to fight any problem we faced individually, as a couple, or as a family.

As a little girl, I could have described my husband down to the color of his eyes and his ability to serenade me with his deep, rusty country voice. Well, minus the ability to sing (sorry, Babe!) and hazel eyes instead of blue, my super hunk of a husband lives up to all of my childhood dreams and so many more! As we dreamed of a future life together, I will forever be grateful for the bravery and humility it took my then-future-husband to tell me of a battle he had fought for years. It was a battle he gave me the choice to fight with him or the opportunity to walk away from. And it is a choice we made to never stop fighting no matter how long it took. You see... What began as a teenage habit with pornography for Jared led to a journey neither of us knew how to navigate in our marriage. However, through our commitment to personal growth and the covenant promises of our marriage and family being eternal, we confronted this challenge head-on.

This journey took us years. But, it's a journey that is now changing lives for individuals, couples and families all across the country and in far less time than it took us and with far less trial and error. It's a journey we do not live in shame of. It is a journey that has led us here today. It is a journey towards leadership that has blessed us with not only an incredible marriage, but a life that puts our original goals and dreams to shame. The truth is, marriage takes work. Crafting a family culture intentionally takes work. Eternity and knowing God takes work. Every relationship we develop TAKES WORK. But that is what leadership enables each of us to accomplish: the hard work.
Your development as a leader and the leadership development of your children is an investment that spans generations. It is an investment that changes both lives and family trees. It is an investment that ripples in to the world. We don't just believe that, we know it. We know, because today, leadership development with God as our guide enables us to live the life we, at times, wondered would be possible. It enables us to help you do the same. And with God as your guide, anything is possible.

When Jared and I first met, it was clear we were opposites in many areas while still sharing values. I am talkative and out-going, Jared is more quiet and reserved. We both care about people and making them feel seen. While Jared is crazy book smart, I am more visual and ADHD made school learning tricky at times. Furthering our education is something we both invest in and we continue to encourage one another in learning every day. I will plan my calendar completely around what is fun and social while Jared plans logically. I'm the spender, he's the saver. As husband and wife, we have learned how to combine our strengths to better address marriage and family situations. BOTH of us, BOTH of our strengths were needed to create the life and family we have today. These strengths easily flow into our workflow and business. Whether I am coaching or we are shooting a destination wedding together, we are able to use the experiences we have gleaned from our experiences individually and as a team to give individuals and families a foundation of leadership they can be both comfortable with and confident in. We cannot wait for you to become part of that community soon!

If Jared could eat a milkshake a day and Beth could eat fries and chocolate every day and not have it go against our health, well, we would! One of our favorite things to do is drive to picturesque mountain towns, find one of those old candy shops or diners, grab a shake and some fries and find a view to enjoy while we talk about life and dream together. If our elevation is the exact opposite of mountains, you can bet we are still grabbing a milkshake for him, fries for her, our books, beach cruisers and heading to the sand for a day of sunshine, ease and laughter.
