The opportunity to shoot on the University of Oklahoma has come up a few time in the recent past between family and senior session. Honestly, I totally get why! I also get why OU has been ranked in the top location in the OKC area over and over again. The brick buildings, the arched doors, the great lawns; it really is incredible!

Meet Ellen. Ellen is so stinking fun! This is one of those sessions that we had sun shine, we had rain. We had no one around us and then we had groups of people swarming it felt like! There was puddles and mud, dry ground and pavers. I wasn’t sure what we would get from one minute to the next but as usual my seniors are always up for an adventure and always have a smile on their face.

One of my favorite things about my seniors this year was their trust. Each of my seniors receives a full style guide with tips for helping them select their outfits, hair and makeup, and choosing a location for their session. I truly believe that the Senior year of high school is one of those times of personal growth, excitement and nerves. You are so ready for what is to come: the freedom, the new lifestyle, the college experience. The senior year is a reflection of your hope for the future and I believe that the senior photo session experience needs to be the same. So, whether you are looking for those modern, downtown vibes or the ease of those country plains of the Wichita range, chose “you”. And I will gladly be wherever “you” are.
